- Do not travel to the venue if you are required to isolate for COVID-19 or if you show any symptoms of COVID-19. Please carefully follow all the guidelines on isolation if you have been exposed.
- Please take a lateral flow test on the day of the workshop before travelling, and only come if it is negative.
- Wear a mask when entering the building and at all times when not seated, unless exempt. You may remove your mask to play the fiddle, replacing it before leaving your seat.
- Wash or sanitise hands on entering the building.
- Maintain a safe distance from other people and respect their personal space.
- No sharing of equipment, so please bring everything you need (including music stands).
- Bring an extra layer of clothing in case ventilation leaves the room slightly chilly.
We will:
- Space the chairs out, from each other and from the leaders. Please do not move chairs without checking first.
- Clean the touch points in the room before the workshop.
- Provide as much ventilation as possible in the room.
- Provide masks (in case you have forgotten one) and hand-sanitiser at the door.
By attending an in-person event organised by NEFS, you agree to follow all the COVID-secure Workshop Guidelines, and any further reasonable requests made by the venue, the Tutors or Directors to keep the group safe and all attendees feeling as comfortable as possible.
