DESCRIPTION:NEFS Summer Workshop Weekend 2024\nSave the date! \nSaturday 29th and Sunday 30th June \nJoin us for two days of folk fiddle workshops for adults with Stewart Hardy and Grace Smith. Each day can be booked separately (£47 each) or you can book both together as they will be complimentary but not dependent upon each other. DESCRIPTION:Join us for an informal Zoom Play-along Session with Stewart! \nWe will play tunes from our NEFS Live Tunes repertoire\, some with additional harmonies – just for fun! \nIt’s still a few weeks until NEFS 2023 Block 5 begins (on 20th Sept)\, so we thought it would be nice to remind ourselves of some of our tunes and get back into Zooming ready for the start of Block 5. If you can’t join us\, we will make a recording of the Zoom call available if you’d like to play along at your own convenience! \nIf you would like to attend\, please email Ali for the details. \nThere is no charge for the evening – just turn up\, but we will be accepting donations towards the bursary fund. This fund contributes small amounts to places on Stewart’s courses & workshops (including NEFS events) where the financial cost would prevent someone from attending. Thanks for any contributions\, which also help to keep the courses and events viable\, thus meaning we can continue to offer a wide range of events and pay our tutors respectfully.
